Ground Skink Scincella lateralis

Small up to 13cm TL. Bronze to dark brown, with a darker dorsolateral stripe Dark stripes down each side from snout to tail. Small legs on a smooth cylindrical body, and long tail. Ventral can be white, yellow or gray. These lizards have a clear lower eyelid, this allows them to see when their eyes are closed.
