Medium sized frog 6-9.5cm TL. Colors vary within populations from bright olive green, to dark brown. Green individuals are often spotted on their back and rear legs with darker colors. Males often have a yellow throat, along with enlarged tympanums. Ventral is often mottled with dark spots. Dorsolateral ridge from the tympanum to the base of the rear legs. Rear feet are webbed.
